Sea food (fish nuggets)

Fish Nuggets

Fish pieces 1/2 kg (make nuggets shape)
Salt to taste
Mustard sauce 2tbsp
Soya sauce  2tbsp
Black pepper pd  1tsp

 Baking powder    1tsp
Egg  1
Cornflour     2tbsp
Bread crumbs  as required
Oil  to fry

Press nuggets to make them broad. Marinate them with all the ingredients except bread crumbs and egg for 6 hours. Heat oil in a pan and fry marinated fish pieces in it after dipping in egg and rolling them in crumbs. when fish pieces become golden brown, serve hot.
