Shrimp and Vegetables


Shrimps  1/2kg   cleaned and deveined
Soya sauce  3tbsp
Vinegar    2tbsp
Ginger/garlic paste   1tsp
Onion   11/2 cup  sliced
Cabbage  1cup

 Boiled potatoes  1/2 cup cubes
Chicken stock  1/2 cup
Peas,  1/2 cup boiled
Capsicum  1  cubes
Cornflour  as required
Oil  1/2 cup
Salt to taste

Add vinegar, soya sauce and ginger/garlic paste in the shrimps and keep for 15 minutes. In a frying pan add all the vegetables and stir fry for sometime in 2 tbsp oil and keep aside, In a wok, add remaining oil and add shrimps. Now add vegetables and salt in it. Add cornflour in stock and mix in the vegetables. When thickens serve garnished..
