Walk for Health




Just doing thirty minutes of walking, five times a week, can reduce your risk of developing diabetes by as much as 55% , says cent re for disease control (CDC) in its study.

 Indeed to improve your health, all you need to do is walk. Walking is great way to accustom your body to exercise. Thirty minutes of brisk walking has been proved to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease by as much as 40 %. Cardiovascular disease is the number one killer of  both men and women in Asian countries.


Walking can lift your spirit, it can definitely make you feel more at ease. You can feel a sense of accomplishment. And all of these, just by getting out and walking.
