Fish Balls
Ingredients:-
Fish mince 1/2 kg
Spring onion 2 finely chopped
Ghee/oil 2 cups
Salt to taste
Ginger pd 1tsp
Sugar 1tsp
Red chilli pd 1 1/2 tsp
Cornflour 2tbsp
Water 6tbsp
Black pepper pd 1tsp
For Paste:-
Maida (white flour ) 1 cup
Baking pd 1tsp
Cornflour 4tbsp
Oil 4tbsp
Water 1cup
Method:-
Make paste by adding all the paste ingredients, Take fish minceand add all the ingredients spring onion and green chillies (chopped) and make small balls. Dip these balls in paste. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry.
