Ingredients:-
jumbo prawns 300 gms
black beans sauce 1tbsp
carrot (sliced) 2gms
green pepper cubed 5gms
red pepper cubed 5gms
onion cubed 5gms
garlic chopped 1tsp
chicken stock 400 ml
soya sauce dark 6ml
sugar 1/2 tsp
cornflour 10gms
sesame oil 1/2 tsp
chicken stock cube 1tsp
vinegar 1 tsp
salt and pepper to taste
Method:-
Clean prawns and boil them. heat oil in a wok and saute prawns till light golden brown. Drain well and keep aside. In the same wok , saute garlic and all the vegetables. Add all the remaining ingredients (except cornflour and sesame oil) and prawns. Cook for 30 seconds. Now add cornflour and sesame oil , stir thoroughly to coat the prawns ,adjust seasoning and serve hot.
