Vinegar Beef

 
Ingredients:-
beef pieces  1/2 kg
butter  5tbsp
mushroom   4-6 sliced
olives  4-6
capsicum   3-4 cut into cubes
onion  1 cut into cubes

salt to taste
paprika powder  2tsp
soya sauce  2tbsp
vinegar 3 tbsp
lemon juice  1tbsp
tomato ketchup  1 tbsp
tomato   1 cut into cubes

Method:-
Boil beef with salt. Heat butter in a wok, put beef, mushrooms, tomatoes, olives, onion and capsicum in it and quick stir fry.. Then add all seasonings, soya sauce, vinegar, lemon juice and ketchup and fry a little. Serve with pasta or noodles.
