Spicy Chicken Wings


Ingredients:-
Chicken wings  120 gm
For the marinade:-
labneh (soft cheese made from yogurt)   10 gm
ginger/garlic  5gms
turmeric powder  3 gm
chilli, cumin and coriander pd  2 gm each
red food coloring  1 tsp

Serve with:
beetroot, carrot, iceberg and onion rings  15 gm each
coriander and mint leaves  5gms each
mango chutney  40 ml
Japanese pickled ginger 8gms

Method:-
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and coat the pieces of chicken in it and keep aside for 6 hours at least. Roast chicken wings in the oven or a hot shallow pan till done and serve with vegetables , pickled ginger and mango chutney.
