Herbs and Fish Risotto

butter  60gm
white fish fillet   400gm
fish stock or water   1-2 litres
onion  1 chopped
garlic cloves chopped 1

 turmeric powder, lemon leaves, lemon grass, coriander  1 tbsp each
soya sauce   1 tbsp

Heat butter in the pressure cooker and saute onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, except fish stock or water. Saute for 2 minutes, then add fish stock or water. Close the lid and cook for 10-12 minutes.
